Yes, I'm capable of compromise. We're told to "not sweat the small stuff" but the fact is that life is all about the small stuff. That is what really matters.

I manage a sales force. I deal with client issues and salespeople who think they're pre-madonnas. In all honesty, a salesman who isn't a little arrogant is worthless 90% of the time. I get up, take my daughter to school, stop by the coffee house to read the paper and talk with friends. I then hit the road in search of new clients and putting out fires with current ones.
