Willing? Hah! I have to compromise all the time. My career involves a lot of working together with many people in sticky situations. It involves a lot of people with many ideas of how to handle the same situation. Most of the time, things are not going to go exactly the way you think they should. You just have to take everybodys ideas into account and come up with the best solution. It's a bit stressful. Most of the time, there is someones life in danger. You mess up and they could die. I'd call that a difficult times! However, as long as you have the persons best interest at heart, then everything will work out the way it is meant to. Even if it doesn't go the way you planned, it was meant to be that way. We don't have control of fate. We just try to tweak it a little.
