Day starts at 4:30 a.mcoffee is going, important there.lol.do some stretching and warm up exercises to get everything working right, or at least break the rust lose.eat a bite then drink a couple cups of coffee while i watch the news, get the girls up for school. and wait for time to go go to work.I am a roustabout for a dozer companylater in the evening i go to my weight pile and lift weights to keep the old body in shape and get rid of stress.have dinner,spend time with girlfriend and her kids, watch a little tv then go to bed around 10ish after i wake girlfriend up so she can go to work
