I don't have a lot of free time, so the time I do have I like to spend hiking, backpacking and camping throughout Colorado. I have dogs, so funny, laid-back people who don't mind dog hair and really value nature are on the top of my list. Conservation is my business (literally), so if you are the person who goes off-roading or builds campfires on shorelines, don't even contact me. also, I am not a supermodel but I am physically fit and push myself hard to be able to hike, so it's awesome when people can keep up with me (I'm not climbing Everest, but I'm not car camping either. :)

My typical day:

I am an extremely busy cave guide and State Park Interpreter, so most of my time is spent outside or underground. I am also a full-time student working towards a degree in Natural Resource management. The most important things to me are 1) nature 2) my pets 3) everything else, so everything revolves around that. I hike and camp constantly, and when I am at home I like good books, good beer, Neil Young, Asian food, and all things simple. I DO NOT have TV, nor will I. :)

Once I get out of school, I am going back to Alaska, for good. Ideally, I would like to get my masters in grizzly biology and territorial behavior, and use that to educate people about migration corridors and the need for wilderness.
