Someone who is adventurous, who doesn't mind walking hand-in-hand sometimes, and doesn't mind trying new activities and food. I'm no Brad Pitt, so I know that looks aren't everything, but I prefer petite to slim women who take care of themselves. Someone between 4'6" and 6'2". I get a workout at work most days, but I do my "butt crunches" and sit-ups to look OK for a significant other. I've also never been a "breast man", so don't let that bother you if you're a bit on the small side. There are too many. Most were with a friend of mine who I played in a band with (I played drums semi-professionally for 15 years.) We always kept in touch no matter where we were to keep up with new jokes, and sometimes just the telling of a punchline would crack us up.

way too many to list. From taxi Driver to Blues Brothers to The Matrix series; X-Men; Fantastic Four; The Green Mile; the original Caddyshack (the sequel really sucked). And on and on. I really like comedies, and movies with great special effects, since I've designed, built and repaired computers for almost 18 years.

Classic Rock; some Jazz, and some Country. Yes, Country, because the lyrics of many songs kind of get to me. Many of the heartbreaker songs are things I've been through and felt myself. I'd like to experience in my life some of the things the happy, romantic lyrics have to say.

My grandparents instilled in me the insight as what love can be and should be. Music has also played a large part in the person I am, and also my feelings and thoughts on love and romance. I've seen what love is NOT by the way most guys are, and also seeing the way my 1st stepfather treated my mother. I vowed to myself that my major goal was to show someone that all guys are not alike, and to make a positive difference in someones life.

I've yet to meet someone from a dating web site before. I've been on a few others, and most all of the messages or emails I received were from dating scammers or professionals just trying to sell pics or videos. So, I'm back here. I wouldn't waste my time here if I wasn't sincere and interested in meeting someone special someone looking for a true friend, and possibly looking for more. I know that anyone can write anything on a website just as they can say anything to someone in person, but if they are not given the chance to prove what they say is true, then what's the point? I still prefer honesty in all of its forms and meanings.

We all have a past. Most everyone has things that they have forgotten or are in the process of forgetting. A new beginning is something I've been looking for for quite some time.

I'm looking for friends, first, because that's the way I am and always have been. Do I like sex??? Sure, and maybe more than most, because it is one of the important ways for two people who care for and about each other to share those feelings. I prefer to make love WITH someone, but if two people are close then sex for the sake of sex can be fun. But to me sex is usually more sensuous and erotic if there is at least a basic bond between two people. I'm a very firm believer in honesty, romance, compassion, and listening to what the other person has to say, and also being considerate of how they feel about different things. I've always been a one woman man, and I'd like someone with the same thoughts on the matter; who can trust and also be trusted.
Also important would be someone who believes in a higher power. a presence above us and within us all. I'm not the most religious person, but I still believe.
