when i first get up I thank God to be alive and commit the day to him, go over what needs to be done that day, if I have time in the AM I start exercises or start with my planning(my Work)The weather usually has an effect on me, I love warm days and will try to spend time outside or even take off work( i am no workaholic no more) I try to enjoy life more.
