well i wake up do a little clean up go to chow then usually workout or go for a run then come back do whatever comes up for the day, hit up chow again back by one and if we have nothing to do we usually clean up around the place and then off for the day after that i usually hang out with friends get online for a bit and chat and whatever else keeps me entertained till i hit the rack
