Well, just them being theirself helped me become more of myself. My typical day:

Starting out my day, I hit the snooze on my alarm clock because the sound it gives off is very annoying. I lay awake in bed for about 15-20 minutes until I get my fat ass up. Depending on what I have to do for the day (work,errands,etc)I get dressed,and then head out for the day, coming home around 3 or 4 to take care,and spend time with my son.
