My favs are period films based on some sort of historical truth. Anything civil war related (Gettysburg, Gods and Generals, Glory) or biblical (Ten Commandments, Jesus of Nazareth, etc.) are my top choices. I do like some "chick" flicks, depends on the movie (such as Somewhere in Time, American President, Open Range). Also love the classics (Ben Hur, It's a Wonderful Life, etc.). Drama, westerns, war, etc. Some comedy depending on the movie. I'm not into horror flicks at all.

I listen to a wide range of music, however country and most rap is excluded. Metal, hard rock, pop, big band, symphony, jazz, progressive in any form, celtic, anything Motown - i have pretty eclectic tastes. Some of my fav artists are King's X, Galactic Cowboys, Seal, The Corrs, Yes, Chicago (this list can get really long). I've played in bands all my life, mostly variations of rock. Currently playing in an independent (not attached to a church) modern praise band. As well as entertaining other offers.

Describe a "day in the life"? That's best left to the Beatles isn't it? My weeks are typically 7-4:30 at the office. Evenings I like to chill, catch up on news/email, watch a show maybe, play my guitar some, cook. Weekends vary depending on what's going on.
As for a perfect date, the first one I prefer something quiet where we can talk and hear each other easily.
