My typical day:

Wow, well to start with, I am an avid night shift worker. So my day starts when I get home about 6:45a.m. I usually need to unwind before I go to bed so (oddly enough) I have a nice hot cup of coffee, read my e-mail, read the locals newspapers on line, go to Pogo and play games for awhile until I am tired. I only sleep a total of 5 hrs, then by that time, it's around 2p.m. I get up have another cup of coffee recheck my e-mail and then break into daily chores. I may or may not lie down around 6p then get ready for work. My days are usually quiet unless the children and grandchildren come to visit.
