My typical day:
|
|
I am a single father with custody of my two children, So I get up about 5 am and have a cup of coffee and watch the news. about 5:45 I take a shower and get dressed for work, go in and tell me kids good bye and give them a kiss, then off to the bus by 6:30 am. I get to work about 7:15 am and get a cu of coffee from Starbucks and then get set up for the day. I work in a dermatology office and I take care of my doctors and patients all day. I leave work at 4:30 and ride the bus home, I usually get there about 6 pm and I give my kids a big hug and kiss. While I cook dinner we go over their homework and make sure it is all done. We sit down and eat together and talk about their day. Then I clean up while they take a bath and get ready for bed. At 7:30 they call their mother and talk to her for a bit, then they go to bed by 8 and I go in and tuck them in and read a little to them. After their light is out and they are tucked in then it is "me" time and i grab a soda and turn on the soapbox and relax. and I usually go to bed about 9:30 That is a day in my life during the week and my kids go to their mothers on the weekend.
