My funniest life experience:
One of my kindergarten students came up to me to show me her art work but she had perfume on and it gave me an asthma attack. There I am coughing like crazy and I had to sit down and this other little girl says what's the matter Ms. K did you run out of gas? And recently, I was teaching my first graders about proportion in art and since we were drawing faces I was relating it to body proportions. I described to them that if you measured their heads you'd find that children were 6 of their own size heads tall. Well Juwan spoke up and said but Ms. K, I don't have 6 heads!

I'm very willing to meet people from Bom. I met quite a few in June '07 at a fantastic meet in Colorado and quite a few more at a couple of fabulous meets in Texas and a huge meet in the UP of Michigan in July '08! The people on here are the absolute best, especially those who frequent the forums.
