I lost my arm when I just turned 14. My parents had crummy medical insurance and we could afford a fancy arm with a hand. So, I had compromise with a hook. It made me really tough when I went back to school and now I'm glad I went through the experience. Now I'm so use to using the hook, I wouldn't want one of those fancy hands.
