.I am looking for someone that is close enough that I could see enough of them to get to know them. I have all kinds of response from out of state. I don't like traveling much and just bought a house last year, so I am not planning on moving. I like to be honest and would appriciate the same from a partner. Must be CAUCASIAN !!! My funniest life experience:

No one will ever believe this but I found out about 30 years ago that cows can run very fast in water. We hit a cow while we were canoeing We grabbed the conoe when he started chasing us. They run pretty fast on dry land too. He was just getting a drink and we couldn't steer very well.

I never meet a stranger. I am a nurse in a prison so sometimes I can be rather outspoken. I really want to hear what is on another persons mind. I am a good listener, but I have a tendency to talk unless someone else is. I don't do well with silence.

The last relationship I had was all compromise. It ended in December. There is not one thing in my life today that is the same as it was last year. I didn't want that much change.

I am not against change. I have a good job and like where I am. I could change about anything in my life if it were for the right person and the right reasons, but it would take time to get to know someone well enough to feel that I would want to change my life. I do not want to move out of State.

My typical day:

I don't have a typical day. Every day is different. I work 2nd shift from 2-10 Pm. In the summer I like to be outside and busy. In the winter I like to hibernate and sit by the fire. I usually stay up late and I get up fairly late. I don't like working nights but for now that is where I am needed. I hope to get on days soon and get back to a normal life.
