While I was first stationed in Korea, I was not familiar with their food or customs. I went to a Korean Buffet (for lack of a better term) and they had this bright green paste. I had no idea what it was, but I grabbed a spoonful and put it in my mouth. If you have not yet guessed, it was Wasabi. I didn't think I would ever be able to catch my breath LOL
