I am shy at first but open up with minimal effort. I'm a nice guy. I've even been accused of being sweet or romantic. I'm a very honest person. Sometimes you might not like what I have to say but it will always be the truth. I can't stand lying. I love just hanging out and having fun. I can be a comedian at times. I love to make people laugh and if I'm comfortable enough with who is with me then I can do some weird stuff. Just someone that takes a genuine interest in what I have to say even if we are just joking around makes me feel better. Just the fact that we could sit and talk and not worry about impressing each other was really cool. I'm me and I'm not going to be someone else for anyone. As far as qualities that I posess, I'm a very caring person and I try to put myself in other peoples shoes when I can in order to see their point of view.

Are you willing to compromise in difficult times and situations?

I'm usually willing to compromise on most anything. The hardest time I had compromising was in my last relationship. My girlfriends divorce wasn't final yet and she still had some emotional issues to sort out. On top of that I was leaving to go to war shortly. Well weeks before I had to leave I received a text message from her saying that she couldn't see me anymore. So I went over to her place and did my best to talk her out of it. But everyone knows that when a woman has her mind made up it takes an act of God to change it. Needless to say I wasn't willing to let go like she was.

My typical day:

Well things are pretty hectic right now. I'm in a desert somewhere so it's hot no matter what time of day it is. I normally wake up about 10 at night so I can be at work by midnight. Brush my teeth, shave, head back to my room. I jump into my uniform and head off to the bus stop that's headed for the flightline. Once there I visually inspect my jet, check all the pressure and fluid levels and wait for the pilot to show up. After that I launch the jet out. I'm the last one to see it when it leaves and the first one to see it when it comes back. I wait around and try to stay out of the desert heat until my jet lands and I recover and inspect it. About noon I head back to my little room and try to get some sleep before I start all over again that night.

There isn't really a whole lot that scares me anymore except for someone I'm close to getting hurt. That's about it. I hope to soon purchase a house. My first one but I want it to be the one that I want so it's taking a while. Still looking. I would like to learn to fly an ultra light. Those look like a lot of fun. I have flown in one but not on my own. Other than that. Not a whole lot to say.
