I've been disappointed with people who don't value honesty as much as I do. Partnerships/friendships need a mutal give and take approach. I think we all have moments in life when we are needy, but when it's a usual state, I find it exhausting and ultimately a relationship breaker. If people don't have time to invest in a relationship, they should not enter one. Good relationships/friends require time, respect and commitment to some degree. I have been frustrated by people who bring unresolved anger, hurt and mistrust into current relationships.
