My typical day:
|
|
I get up fairly early in the morning do some basic yoga. I make a light breakfast and pull an espresso shot(or 2 ).I then go on line and read some news ,throw in a load of clothes and do house chores. Time for bike ride and marketing come home take a shower do some reading. Try and get some work finished. Cruise some cookbooks decide what to make for dinner while eating lunch. Write some letters and catch up on friends.Weed the garden. harvest some herbs for dinner.Go on an afternoon walk with Princess Espresso. Sew or doing something creative. Prepare dinner set table. Put on some music. If someone is joining me(as is often the case) play a game of pente or chess or group gamecheck email crawl into the perfect bath pray and meditate(yes really) snuggle in the sheets and read fall off to sleep.
