First and formost when i wake, I pray and meditae. I loosen my body with Yoga. This starts my day off rite. Breakfast is inportant so i must eat healthy. Now i'm ready to take on what ever the day may being my way. I end the day the same, this is what keeps me consistant and disiplined.
