I was raised on Operat - saw all Italian operas by the time I was 11 and one french - Carmen. But got hooked on Country & Western when I was just 22 and now that is also my favorite but I still like Classical as well.

My dad was a Leo and though I loved him dearly and he was my best friend, I often had to compromise to keep him happy and well (he had a serious heart condition from age 74 to 82 when he died) and I did so often. My mom was a lovey lady but could be very difficult at times and I also had to compromise with her as she got older.

Certainly I am willing, but so far on all the Dating sites, except for one I met last Fall, all are either too young, too old, too far away or just plain ugly! And Dating and personal relationships are one area I won't compromise on what I am looking for!

I have never been married and always wanted to be, but have only been interested in 4 guys over the years, starting at age 13 - the first two I was too young for, the 3rd ignored me for 2 years (I was 22 by then), and the 4th I would have married, but Gulf Oil moved him from the Bay area to Korea and I never saw him again. That's it. Met one guy in October from Singlesnet and he romanced me for 3 months but he wants to move to Nevada and I don't and we were very attracted but just not compatible enough for a huge of compromises that would have been necessary. that's it!
