The day i wake up i hop in the shower, brush my teeth,etc go to work, play some ball when i get off early, if not when i get home i'm usually working out. you know trying to stay in shape. after i'm done that i eat a big meal hit the shower again and hit the sheets. i know nothing to excited but that is what i do everyday.
