My typical day:

My life from the time i get upI get up around 4am go to the gym on non biking days and i workout and on biking days i go to the gym and do some cardio.Im home by 6am then i get ready for work and i go back to the gym where i manage work until about 1pm back home usally go riding for about 3hrs or rest on weight daysEat dinner watch a little tv or go back to the gym if im needed for something im in bed at 9 or so than back up and start all over again.
Perfect date would be doing something that we are bothe intrested in whether that be dinner and a movie bike riding or whatever but they have to be open about new things and they have to have a sense of humor
