They say "Ruthie is always there for me and doesn't get offendded by my imperfections. She is kind hearted and will help people or animals when ever needed. She weighs and balances most of the time before she acts. She knows what she is doing 98% of the time. If I don't know what to do, she will take the time to help me.

Things that have bothered me:

They expect me to do all the work while they sit on their fanny! Or they are not interested in what the children are saying or the things that they want to do. Dishonesty is the worst factor. I deplore liars and thieves, drunks, gossips or wayfarers. I believe in saying what I feel when I feel it and not wit until it festers into something else.

I would like a gentle but firm gentleman that takes the time to care for me and take some of the weight off my shoulders. He must be patient and caring and understanding. He must see humor in almost everything and not like to argue. Try to keep me laughing as much as possible. I would like someone who sees beauty in the grass as well as the sky and in between. I need a "ROCK."

My funniest life experience:

When I first traveled to California, I was impeccably clean with my children, and in the middle of the desert, we ran out of water and I sat Indian in the dirt and cried because my children were so dirty and I couldn't clean them up. An older coulple thougt we had car problems and started laughing when they heard my ploy. Afterward, I learned to let them get dirty but it was not easy and I am still lauging now.

I cried when I saw "Passion of the Christ." I love almost any movie with a good plot and not blood and guts or isn't something that pre-examins reality.

I love any kind of country and oldies and even a few of the now a day tunes. I still especially like Billy Rae Cyrus's "I want some more of it." I don't remember artists and albums just the music.

Rita HayworthShe was my idol and taught me to deal with everydays joys and tragedies. I am shy at first but everyone likes to be around me because they are comfortable. I am down to earth and posess a very likeable personality. I orght to start charging for "counseling" though. Ha! Ha!Just a joke.

I had to compromise when my son was dying from a forklift accident when the doctors said there was no chance of survival and they had to remove the life support.

I am a pretty fair person. I am here hopefully to meet the man of my life and have a little fun. "Honesty". Yes, I have been on a couple of dates with a guy or two from the internet and we just did not click.

Are you ready to start from scratch?

I started from scratch in Oct. of when I moved back to Ohio to honor a promise I made to my 3 grandchildren. We started a mini-farm and have been a success at it. I have put the past behind me and other than experience am enjoying life. I would like to have a soul mate to enjoy the everyday experiences with and to have someone to love and hold from day to day-not just for a night or two.

My perfect date would call for me with a bouquet of floweres and then take me to a nice restaurant with good conversation and then for a walk in the moonlight and then "who knows". My days are filled with lots of children's laughter and coping with their endless curiosities.

I want to try to beautify my home more by repairing things/ wall papering/ painting or what not. I really would like to have that special someone to do things for and listen to and just enjoy. I would like to travel more and just see a few things like Amish country or special attractions that are coming up.
