Becoming friends first and just hanging out without any expectations, and then falling for them hard is how I ususally fall for guys. Guys that know how to keep a conversation going is a plus. When I feel like I'm going to be accepted for who I am, I am more comfortable talking then. Humor is good. Non sarcasm at first is good, humorous sarcasm is good later on.

Yes willing to compromise. Have not had a really hard situation to come up yet so I can't answer this question, but I usually am willing to meet in the middle. But a lot of times I usually just go along with stuff; I like to pick my battles.

I have met a couple people from the internet before. They were very bad experiences (because they lied and did not seem to want to take no for an answer) so I am a little hesistant to meet again. But I guess a lot depends on how well the communication is.
