Self- motivated, honest, compassionate, I don't require lavish things and gifts to make me happy. I feel that I am a good person and hold a lot in my heart for people I meet. I have three daughters and a grandson that keep my heart pounding. I am very family orientated with my immediate family. I like to play cards, watch movies, be outdoors, garden. I like a clean home and a nice yard.

Dishonesty, fake personalities, alcoholics/drug abusers(some things are ok but too much, is too much), infedelity, obsessive and possesivness.

Trustworthy, kind, some sort of income, own vehicle, in otherwords, someone who is independant. Someone who is compasionate, a little romantic, and who understands that my daughters mean the world to me. I would hope that if you have children, they would also hold a key to your heart as well. It really disturbs me when parents turn their backs on their children, no matter how old they may be. I DO NOT like abuse of any kind, towards people nor animals. I am sometimes not much of a talker but that does not mean that I am mad or upset. Understanding this is a plus.

My funniest life experience:

In all truth and honesty, I don't feel as though I have experienced much of life. But there is something that I get a lot of fun out of. For Christmas one year I got my oldest daughter a ceramic clown when she was a child. It wasn't until years later that I found out that clowns really creep her out. So now the clown has become a family joke, it has been regifted for birthdays and holidays, taped to the windsheild, hung from string in the shower, hiding in my coffee pot, inside the aquarium, in the freezer, and so on. So all of us get a lot of fun out of the creepy clown.

Not much for most comedies. I like high action movies-not robots or tranformers, some drauma and suspense. Not much for thrillers or blood and gore.

People who falsly try to impress me is an instant turn off. I enjoy knowing that I am talking to a real person and not a phony. Truth and honesty is very important to me. And if there are ever any problems or issues I want to be able to tlk about them calmly as they happen, not letting thing build up until there are bad feelings. I feel that I am a very kind and caring person. I have always tried to put other people's needs before my own because it makes me feel good. In the same sense I don't need a baby to raise. But I will always appreciate the kindness that comes froms from people and I let it be known.

Are you willing to compromise in difficult times and situations?

Very personal. I found out that my husband's brother fondled two of my daughters when they were very young. But because of my love for my inlaws, I didn't press charges. I made very sure from then on that they wree safe. It taught me a life lesson that never assume that just because someone is a relative that they can be trusted.

Honestly, I am a little nervous. I havn't been with a man in any way for 5 years since my husband passed away. I need to feel safe and know that anyone who would like to meet me can be patient and understanding.

No one in my life is holding me back. I feel that it is time to find someone. I am the type of person that will always give more than they take.

A date could mean anything. I am not materialistic, I enjoy the simple things in life. I can go out to eat of stay in and watch a movie and eat some popcorn. I enjoy the outdoors so a picnic would be ideal.

For some reason, for someone who doesn't really to travel, I have always wanted to go to Hawaii. I am afraid to drive far distances. That is a no for me, at least as the driver. But it could quite possibly be fun to be a passenger in traveling. I have always wanted to build my own home, or at least help come up with the blueprints. For totally self-sufficient living, so far as keeping the utilities at low costs, nothing elaborate.
