I enjoy all kinds of activities, though I haven't done a lot of them lately (some things just aren't fun doing alone). I'd definitely be up for learning a new sport. I'd love to go bowling again, but be aware that my score may embarrass us both. I enjoy going to the movies, as well as, watching them at home. I love music of all kinds, but haven't been able to get into rap.
I'm very artistic and have previously sold my artworks online (portraits, illustrations and sculptures). I'm also into home improvement and am pretty handy with hammers, drills, table saws and levels. I've built half of a house and recently built a large wall of shelves, crown molding and cabinets around my fireplace (and yes, I did all of the work without hiring it out, smile). I'm just as comfortable being dressed up as I am in blue jeans.
I've traveled a lot (Germany, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Denmark, England, France, Greenland, Mexico, Bahamas and so on). I hope to do more traveling in the future. I love animals and have a rescue dog, a three-legged Yorkie, who's name is.yes, "Tripod" (his middle name is "Lucky", smile).
I'm the youngest of six siblings, who are very close. Most New Years and some 4th of July's we all get together to celebrate, usually at my house. Both of our parents were adopted, so we don't actually know about our own heritage. We are a very diverse and accepting family and I hope to meet a guy who is just as accepting of others. People with prejudices of any kind would probably not be a good match for me.
I am amicably and mutually legally separated from a 25 year marriage. We have both moved on. The marriage is over and we simply don't care what the state titles our permanent parting.
I do love to hold hands and cuddle, but I'm not clingy. I'm a very honest person and would appreciate the same in return.

I'd really like to find a guy that loves life and adventure. One who would be willing to begin as a friend, which may lead to a longer, loving relationship. My ideal guy would be one who cares just as much about my ideas and opinions, as I do his. He should enjoy going out to the movies or dinner, as well as, cuddling at home with a good movie. I would love an occasional slow dance, too! It would be great to find a guy who enjoys travel.camping, driving, flying, railway and especially cruises, are all fine by me!

Quite a few years ago, I went to a restaurant where I found a new "treat" on the dessert bar. The shock of the first bite was my introduction to sushi! After all of these years, I am now trying to learn to appreciate sushi. I'll eat it now, but it's still not my favorite. Oh well.
