Skydiving. I think this will be one would be in many others’ list as well, because it is one of the most thrilling experience one can ask for if he/she loves amusements.
Walking or dancing in the rain with my partner, because?! everyone loves it damn it! (as long as the cellphones are kept in safe places during the shower though)!
Letting someone know how much he means to me! It will be thrilling I guess!
